John is pretty much the coolest jazz cat you you’re gonna meet. He’s the upright bassist for swing jazz band, Clyde Bisbee & The Wheelhouse Revelers. We had him in-studio a while back for his band portrait session. When you have a fellow artist that channels George Clooney like this dude, you might snap a few extra frames.
Well, since I had to shovel 8 inches of spring this morning I thought it might be nice to share some images from one of our favorite summertime activities: live outdoor music! This particular show was a great Americana folk band, Spirit Family Reunion, performing at a great outdoor, summer concert series at Prescott Park in Portsmouth, NH. This concert series takes place every summer right on Portsmouth Harbor. Hopefully, if you live in chilly climes, this will hearten you to what lies just around the corner…it will get warmer, it will get warmer, it will get warmer…!
